At the end of the program, each participant will know and be able to:

• Develop a quality team environment that welcomes and values differences of opinions, skill sets, abilities, tapping into the wisdom of the entire team. 

• Create space for cross-collaborative conversations, surfacing perspectives, seeing interdependencies, and enhancing decision-making.
